• You must first create a user/schema. Recommendations are: Pets and RT
• Then start Oracle - Application Development - SQL Plus (do not use the SQL Plus Worksheet)
• For Pet Store, enter the command: @D:\MainBook\Databases\Oracle\BuildPetStore\BuildPetStore.sql Check the file.
• Where D: is the drive letter of your CD-ROM.
• You can also Copy the associated files to your own directory and then run them as a group or separately.
• Delete data (if desired) DeletePetStoreData.sql
• Drop tables (if desired) DropPetStoreTables.sql
• Drop views (if desired) DropPetStoreViews.sql

• First copy the forms and reports to a directory on your Oracle machine.
• Then start Oracle Forms Builder, open the forms and recompile them.
• Forms and reports might not work with Personal Oracle.
