HuffmanAlgorithm.SortArrays Method

Bouble sort FrequencyTable( according frequency level ) and making the same changes on the corresponding array.

private void SortArrays(
   uint[] SortTarget,
   byte[] TweenArray,
   short size
);

Parameters

SortTarget: The array to sort by.
TweenArray: The array that will take the same swaping as the target array.
size
