HuffmanAlgorithm.HuffmanTree.FindSmallestOrphanNodes Method 

Finds the smallest and the 2nd smallest value orphan nodes and removes them them from the arraylist.

private void FindSmallestOrphanNodes(
   out TreeNode Smallest,
   out TreeNode Small
);

Parameters

Smallest
The smallest node in the OrphanNodes list.
Small
The 2nd smallest node in the OrphanNodes list.
