Camera tutorial.

Description:

The purpose of this tutorial is to create a camera in Direct3D. To do so I have
created a class to store the camera's information. To set the camera we use an
Direct3D function called D3DXMatrixLookAtLH(). This function is used to set the "camera"
in Direct3D. D3DXMatrixLookAtLH() takes the view matrix object, the camera's x,y,z
position, the camera's x,y,z look at point (the
point the camera is looking at, and the direction for which way is up (which is
1 on the positive Y axis). As you can see all of this is stored in the CCamera
object and is manipulated when you press the up or down arrow keys to move the camera.

Note if the speed of the camera is too slow go into CCamera.h and increase the UP and
DOWN values. The camera is frame based so the camera's movements is based on the
frame rate. I choose values that suited my frame rates.

Note:

The executable files are not included in some DirectX tutorials in an effort to minimize
the transfer rate from the site.

Controls:

   Escape - Exits the application.
Up Arrow - Moves Camera forward.
Down Arrow - Moves Camera Backward.
