♦ 3. J2ME Wireless Toolkit installation

♦ 3.1. Downloading the installer

	Now install the J2ME Wireless Toolkit, your Java development kit for mobile apps. Go to http://java.sun.com/products/j2mewtoolkit/download.html and click the Download button at the bottom.
	Oh. Another license agreement, right?
	That's right. Read this agreement, choose Accept, and click the Continue button. This will let you choose the installer on the next screen, so click the Windows Platform installer to download it.

♦3.2. J2ME Wireless Toolkit installation

This is the Wireless Toolkit installation screen. Click the Next button.

You'll see another license agreement. After reading the license, click the Yes button.

Next you will confirm the file path where J2SDK was installed. The destination folder should be c:\j2sdk\1.4.2_05 (where you just installed J2SE SDK). You can click the Browse button, navigate to that folder, and select it if necessary. After you're done with this setting, click the Next button.

Now specify the Wireless Toolkit installation folder. Just use the default setting (c:\WTK104) and click the Next button.

Register the program folder at this point. Keep the default setting, J2ME Wireless Toolkit 1.0.4_01, and click the Next button.

You'll see the settings confirmation screen after this. If the settings are correct, click the Next button.

When installation is complete, click the Finish button and you're done.
