هل قمت بعملية الربط ؟

i will tell u about how to connect between oracle and developer:
1- go to oracle db in ur selected partion that contains oracle setup, maybe u will find it as like that :(oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\NETWORK\ADMIN) and then choose (tnsnames.ora) file and copy it and paste it in that (DevSuiteHome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN) u will find a message say that u have to replace the existing file , click yes to all , .... and then u are ready now for work with oracle connected with developer......
